13th Symposium on Behavioral Neurology X 2nd Symposium on Cognition and Behavior

The symposium brings together experts from clinical practice and research to explore three key interdisciplinary topics: white matter (dys)connections, autism and apathy. The program includes keynote lectures, interdisciplinary case discussions, and a dedicated «Young Minds» session, offering a platform for both internationally renowned speakers and emerging researchers. The meeting addresses an interdisciplinary audience of neurologists, neuropsychologists, cognitive neuroscientists, psychiatrists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and nursing professionals involved in the research, treatment, and care of patients. Participants can expect scientifically rigorous contributions, clinical relevance, and space for exchange and discussion.

The year 2027 will be shaped by the practical implementation of the structural changes that have occupied us intensely in recent years. While hospital reforms are now noticeably permeating our daily clinical work, our professional expertise remains the most essential constant. In these times of significant changes, it is vital that we "stay on the ball" regarding the care of neurologically critically ill patients. The ANIM was and will remains a working conference. It does not live on passive consumption, but on personal discourse, collegial exchange, and the collaborative development of solutions.
